WELCOME

Movement Meditation is a boutique yoga & movement studio offering private and semiprivate sessions online and in a home studio. We also offer Yoga Coaching, a unique service that allows you the confidence to practice at home with your favorite YouTube videos and other stream based services.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, all are welcome. Yoga is a beautiful, ancient philosophy that links breathing and movement in order to strengthen the body, regulate the nervous system, and calm the mind.

 

Yoga means union, the union of mind and body, and, like other mind/body exercise, it coordinates breathing and movement in order to balance the body and focus the mind. It is a moving meditation. There are many research studies showing its physical and mental health benefits.

Each session is designed especially for you, and we will also develop a personalized plan for practice at home.

Why take a private session rather than a large group class? 

Here are 5 Reasons you should take a private or semiprivate class:

  1. You’ll learn how to get into and out of every pose safely.
